Paul Martin is the Broker of Record. He has been licenced to sell real estate in the Province of Ontario since July 1978 and has specialized solely in the sale of hospitality real estate since that date.

 

Between 1981 and 1992 Paul was President of HMT Realty Corporation, a real estate brokerage firm with fifteen agents that specialized in the sale of hospitality properties. During his eleven years as President, the firm brokered the sale of over three hundred hospitality properties, including hotels, motels, resorts, resorts with golf courses, taverns, inns and restaurants, and also did site selections for hotel and restaurant chains.

 

Paul continues to offer brokerage services to select clients relative to the sale of hotels, resorts, inns, golf courses and spas.
